Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds (if items come from vendors with refund policies) will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.

ROOTS & WINGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES. If you would like to pay more for insurance or have a signature required for the package, please leave a note in the ‘note’ section at checkout!

Arrival Time 
After a large sale i typically have a ton to package, allow up to 3-14 business days to receive tracking. Domestic orders can arrive in 5-21 business days.  Preorders will be dated of approximate ship dates

******Orders coming directly from dropshippers will usually ship in 3-7 days!  You'll receive all shipping info via email.,

RTS (ready to ship) items may arrive and ship out much sooner.
