Returns

We are a STORE CREDIT only boutique! I get so much inventory I’m sure you will find something you love quickly : ) 

An item may be returned for an exchange of a different size or store credit as long as it is within 14 days of you receiving the item or if you are LOCAL pickup, 14 days from the time of the sale. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer. Anything after 14 days will not be accepted.

DAMAGES -all items should be fully inspected upon arrival .. if there is any sort of damage you must  notify us within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Preorder tees & items are FINAL sale (unless they arrive to you damaged!) with preorders, they are typically holiday items & I am ordering the exact quantity that we need.

Bralettes / jewelry are also final sale for sanitary reasons

When you return something to me, allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be adjusted accordingly. I have a bin a stick returns in and i go through them once a week. I know you are antsy to use your credit but please give me time as you are given 14 days to send it back! 

-- you CANNOT claim an item to exchange until your item is in my hands. 

- After 5 returns where someone has utilized the 1 hour free ship, we will be deducting $4 off the credit of your returned item.
